Non-Negotiable

Happy Thursday!

It's amazing to me how fast Friday Eve came. How did this week make you feel? Did you accomplish anything? I hope you've wrapped some things up because, baby, we're gonna  roll right into March tomorrow. My Wednesday was an extremely decent day. I actually feel like I've rested up enough and I can take over the world. I can do anything.

Today, I really don't have any big plans, but everything on my list is extremely productive. I'm so excited to step into March because March is spring break, then comes Easter, warmer weather, and all the razzle-dazzle that I like starts to float in. I like that. The hardest decision that I made today was what I wanted to eat, so that speaks volumes about my life.

I was sitting here thinking about some things that I like and some things that I dislike. At this grown age, my likes and dislikes are pretty much non-negotiable. I know how I want to be treated, what I will and won't accept from any type of relationship, whether it's romantic, friendship, family, or colleague, etc. I say all this to say it's important to actually do the things that you like.

Stop going with the flow, surrendering, and trying to be a people pleaser; that will eventually make you unhappy.

Embrace your story

 Happy Wednesday‼️

I hope and pray that you slept well last night and that you’re feeling extremely well today. How was your Tuesday? Did you accomplish anything? I hope so. Can you believe that we are just two days shy of being in March? Wow, 2024 is still flying by, but I'm loving it.

What are your plans for today? I know it’s Wednesday and the week has gone by fast. I was just talking about how tired I was on Monday, and now it's already Wednesday, and I'm prepping myself for lots of activities.

As I get my day started, I want to express how grateful I am for everything that has happened to me in the last eight months. Good or bad, I'm extremely grateful for it. Situations don’t shape our lives; the way we respond shapes our future. It doesn’t really matter who you come in contact with; everybody faces some type of challenge in life, whether big or small.

Please refrain from saying, "I wish it was me. I wish I was in their shoes. I wish I could do what they’re doing." No, you do not wish to be in anybody else’s shoes. You don’t know the path or, may I say, the journey that it took them to get to where they are today. Everybody is not built to withstand every situation, so embrace your situation and try not to get caught up in the results that are given to someone else, according to their journey.

New New New

Happy Tuesday!

Hey, hey, hey! How are you feeling today? I hope your Monday was good to you. Mine was eventful, but I made it through. I'm excited for everything that's coming my way today. We're operating in New Moon energy, and it's a tad bit like the retrograde. These next few days will be great.

It's important for us to set the tone for our lives every day. We can control more than we take credit for. Yesterday, I thought about how utilizing my planner keeps me grounded and focused. Being organized allows me to formulate the type of life I desire. (Do you see the control?)

We are in control of life's direction and outcomes. Each day, we can consciously set the tone for our experiences, guiding actions with intention and purpose. Careful planning and organization shapes the life you desire, staying grounded and focused on all goals. Acknowledge that you possess the power to influence your circumstances and create positive change. With determination and perseverance, we can navigate challenges with confidence, knowing that our actions lead us towards success and fulfillment.

Protect your Sanity

Happy Monday!

Mondays are my favorite day of the week. For some strange reason, I’m always eager to get started on Mondays. How did your weekend treat you? Did you have any good moments that stood out? If so, tell me about them. I didn’t rest much, but I will in the next few hours, lol.

As I start my day, I can’t help but give thanks for my sanity. It’s so easy to get so consumed in life and forget about the things that keep us afloat. This next quarter of my life is geared towards self-care and doing what’s best for me. I’m not interested in saving anyone nor directing anyone else’s story.

Amidst life's chaos and uncertainty, I affirm my commitment to preserving my sanity with unwavering resolve. I recognize the importance of nurturing my mental well-being, for it is the cornerstone of my resilience and vitality. Each day, I grant myself the grace to prioritize self-care, embracing moments of stillness and reflection as essential nourishment for my soul. I release all that no longer serves me, allowing space for peace, clarity, and inner harmony to flourish. In the face of adversity, I choose resilience over despair, finding strength in the depths of my being to navigate life's challenges with grace and poise.

I affirm my inherent worthiness and embrace the power of self-love as a guiding force on my journey towards wholeness and fulfillment.

Move with Grace

Happy Sunday!

Welcome to the last week of February! This month definitely came in and aligned itself with purpose. How was your weekend overall? What did your self-care Saturday consist of? I didn't provide any type of care for myself, but I poured into others.

As we venture into the new week, what are you hoping to accomplish in the next few days? I'm focusing on moving with GRACE despite what the situation around me may look like.

Moving with grace is a gentle dance with life's ebb and flow, where each step is imbued with poise, compassion, and resilience. Embrace the rhythm of change with an open heart, knowing that every challenge is an opportunity for growth and transformation.

As you navigate the twists and turns of your journey, let grace be your guiding light, illuminating the path ahead with wisdom and serenity. Trust in your inner strength and the power of the universe to support you as you gracefully adapt to the ever-changing landscape of existence. With each graceful movement, you embody the essence of resilience, courage, and authenticity, inspiring others to follow in your footsteps with grace and gratitude.

Respond Accordingly

"Can we get a round of applause for everybody's favorite day of the week? Happy Friday, everybody! You all finally made it to the great old weekend. Let's implement self-care ALL WEEKEND. I'm sure you could use just a little bit more TLC.

How was your Thursday? I hope it was pretty good for you. I actually got a lot of things done. I'm proud of myself for that; my little pep talk I gave myself in the middle of the week really paid off. As we go into our weekend, I want you to remember that life is going to happen with or without you. We can't control everything that happens to us. The only thing we have control over is our response. Your response determines future outcomes."

Your response to life's challenges shapes your reality and defines your journey. In every situation, you hold the power to choose how you react, how you adapt, and how you grow. Embrace the understanding that challenges are opportunities in disguise, moments to exhibit resilience, wisdom, and grace. Your response is a reflection of your inner strength and resilience, guiding you towards the path of growth and fulfillment. Trust in your ability to navigate life's twists and turns with courage and positivity, knowing that with each mindful response, you are shaping a brighter and more empowered future for yourself.

Me Vs Me

 Happy Thursday!

(Blank Stare) Friday Eve is in full effect! Oh wee, this week has had its way, so I’m just participating accordingly. How was your Wednesday? I hope you’re in a DECENT mental state. Life has been life'n for me, so I can only imagine what it’s like for others. (Big Hug)

Let me tell you how I had to pull up on MYSELF yesterday. All week I’ve been in a mood that didn’t serve me. When I woke up Wednesday morning at 4:40, I was instantly aggravated. By 9 am, entitlement had kicked in, and I was a mess. I literally had to go into damage control mode and talk myself out of my funk and into my reality.

Yesterday, I realized that even though sometimes we say we are OK, we’re not OK. This goes back to me reminding others to live in the moment. You have to actually acknowledge what you are feeling, rather than putting it to the side and moving onto the next thing. I know at the beginning of the week I spoke to you all about not having any stinky thinking. That’s basically just controlling your thoughts and making sure your thoughts align with positive things in your life. Not saying bad things won’t happen, but you have to control your thoughts.

What you think becomes your reality – those are facts. I also have a thing that I do with myself where I always say that I am my competition. And there can only be one me, meaning that I don’t look at anybody else. I just try to outdo myself. I’ve been struggling with that lately.

Today go out and be GREAT! Stop overthinking!

Cultivate & Replace

Happy Wednesday!

How are you? We are officially at hump day, and it seems to have arrived rather quickly, even though I know it didn’t. How has this week treated you so far? What have you accomplished, and I hope you have accomplished at least one thing that you planned to do so far? I have to admit, this week has had me sitting back on the floor in the dungeon, trying to breathe, but clearly, I’m making it.

As an adult, I’ve learned to control my response to things when they are less than favorable, especially when the outcome is due to someone else’s neglect or misjudgment. I have a little saying where I always say, “No stinking thinking, no stinking thinking.” I almost had to write it on my mirror yesterday because I was at the bottom of Ground Zero, and I was TIRED!

No matter how bad my day is, I always remember that someone else would love to be in my shoes. Things that annoy me and piss me off could be favorable to someone else. It may seem like I’m complaining or bickering, but it’s so important for us to sit in whatever emotion that we’re currently experiencing rather than ignoring it.

I’m working to banish all forms of stinking thinking from my mind and embrace a mindset of positivity and empowerment. Let’s reject negative thoughts and beliefs that undermine our confidence and hinder our progress. Cultivate thoughts that uplift and inspire you to reach your fullest potential. Replace self-doubt with self-belief, fear with courage, and limitations with possibilities. Choose to focus on the good, celebrate strengths, and find opportunities for growth.

Keep a clear and optimistic mindset, navigate life's challenges with resilience and determination.

Boundaries

  Happy Tuesday!

How was your Monday? Were you able to stick to your schedule and get some things done? I hope you’ve paid attention to the date because we’re almost done with February. We’re literally marching right on over to the next month. What’s on your agenda for today?

I know we get caught up in our daily routine, but don’t forget that if something is not working, scratch it and start over with something that’s more beneficial for you. Do not hang onto the same task if it’s not working for you for too long. Don’t waste is your time. Many of us become complacent and don’t like change, but you have to know that change is part of life; that’s how we evolve. We all experience different changes. We also have to make sure that we are setting boundaries.

It’s important to set boundaries when it comes to your personal life, your outside life, such as work, and certain responsibilities that you have agreed to. You have to set boundaries in these things because if not, you’ll become burnt out, and people will utilize your time for their benefit.

Setting healthy boundaries in life is essential for maintaining balance and well-being in relationships with others. I affirm my right to establish clear and respectful boundaries, safeguarding my emotional and mental health. By defining my limits and communicating them assertively, I create a space where I feel safe, valued, and respected. These boundaries serve as a protective shield, allowing me to nurture authentic connections while preserving my autonomy and self-respect. I embrace the power of saying no when necessary, knowing that it is a sign of self-care and self-respect. With boundaries in place, I foster healthier, more fulfilling relationships built on mutual understanding, trust, and empathy.

See it through

Happy Monday!

How are you? How was your weekend? I hope you're doing well. Yesterday, I was working on my schedule for this week and became frustrated. My first thought was to omit a few tasks and keep going, but that doesn’t serve my overall goal. How do you deal with situational interruptions? Keeping a commitment is important whether it is verbal or written.

Committing to seeing things through is a testament to your resilience and determination. You have to embrace challenges, knowing that every obstacle is an opportunity for growth. It’s important to remain steadfast in the pursuit of goals, trusting in your abilities to overcome adversity and emerge stronger. With perseverance as your guide, navigate life's twists and turns with grace and wisdom.

Borrowed Time

Happy Sunday!
How are you? I hope you’re doing well. How was your self-care Saturday? I enjoyed relaxing and feeling free. If something required lots of energy, I immediately declined it. I’m excited for us to maneuver through this new week. As you've noticed, we're almost done with February 🫣.

What are some positive takeaways you've experienced? As the days have gone by, I've understood the saying "TIME WAITS FOR NO ONE" even more. It’s natural for us to put off today for tomorrow, but that’s not always effective. Utilizing our time wisely is more important now than it's ever been. Time is the one thing we cannot get back.

Being on borrowed time serves as a poignant reminder to live each moment with purpose and gratitude. It's a wake-up call to cherish the present, knowing that time is a precious commodity. Embracing the concept of borrowed time empowers us to make the most of every opportunity, to pursue our passions relentlessly, and to prioritize what truly matters in life. Instead of dwelling on the limitations of time, we can choose to focus on the abundance of experiences and relationships that enrich our journey.

So,let us seize the day, savor the moments, and make our borrowed time count, leaving a lasting legacy of love, kindness, and fulfillment.

Rolling The Dice

Happy Saturday!

How are you feeling today? Did you rest well last night? I hope you got some good sleep and allowed your mind and body to actually rest. Did you accomplish anything yesterday? My Friday was really busy, which I expected, and I kind of like being busy. What are your plans for today? Don’t forget that today is our self-care Saturday. We have to do something for ourselves that makes us feel better.

As I was reflecting yesterday, I was thinking about how important it is to never allow someone else to put you in a situation that affects your well-being. Often, we find ourselves in situations caused by others and we turn the other cheek due to loyalty or moral reasons.I’m going to advise you to never allow anyone to GAMBLE with your life.Always do what’s in your best interests. Humans will always look out for themselves, you should also!

Believing in yourself is the ultimate gamble worth taking. When you bet on yourself, you're investing in your potential, your abilities, and your dreams. Every step you take towards your goals is a wager on your own worth and capability. Trusting in your intuition, skills, and resilience is a powerful affirmation of self-worth. Remember, the greatest rewards often come from the greatest risks, and by betting on yourself, you're placing the most important bet of all – the bet on your own success. So, embrace the challenge, trust in your abilities, and keep pushing forward, because when you gamble on yourself, you're betting on a sure winner.

Trust YOUR Process

Happy Friday!

TGIF in full effect. How are you feeling today? I hope you’re well-rested and sitting in a good place mentally. I’m extremely decent! I’ve been action-based for a few days, so I’m focused. When I reminded myself to create my own way, nothing else mattered!

What are your plans for this weekend? The weather is projected to be decent. Get as much free vitamin D as you can. It’s extremely helpful! Being outside in fresh air is also good for your mood. I reviewed my notes in my planner, and it seems like I’m right on task. I wrote something and gave it a deadline, and then got mad that it came to fruition (lazy). When you put things on paper, it becomes a reality. (Try it)

Putting your goals on paper is like planting seeds in fertile soil. As you carefully articulate your dreams and ambitions, you give them roots to grow and flourish. With each stroke of the pen, you breathe life into your aspirations, transforming them from abstract thoughts into tangible realities. By setting clear intentions and establishing deadlines, you pave the way for success. And when you witness your goals materialize before your eyes, it reaffirms the power of manifestation and the importance of putting pen to paper.

Trust in the process, believe in your vision, and watch as your dreams come to fruition, one goal at a time.

Create Your Own Way

Happy Thursday!!!

How are you feeling? We're officially at Friday eve. Oh my God, what a week we’ve had! This week has been one of the most peaceful weeks I’ve experienced in a long time. Nothing really spectacular or significant has happened, but it's been peaceful. I’ve been sleeping so well. I’m in a really peaceful place right now. How was your Valentine's Day? I love seeing how creative people get on Valentine’s Day, and no offense to men, but yesterday showed me that if he wanted to, he would!

Next, what’s on your agenda for today? I have several errands to run, then I’ll be back inside. Some days, I feel extremely sociable and want to go outside and interact, and some days, I just want to go outside, do what I need to do, and get back home.

I’ve been thinking about the different dynamics that we create for ourselves. I’m sure a lot of people won’t agree with my next statement, but that’s okay, it’s my statement. I believe people can possibly have everything they desire if they really want it. Of course, things don’t always come easy, but I honestly believe with a lot of hard work, you can pretty much get what you want and create the life you desire. What are your thoughts?

Embrace the power within you to shape your reality, knowing that you have the ability to manifest your dreams through intention, determination, and hard work. We have to trust in our vision and follow our passion, unapologetically pursuing the path that resonates with our soul. Release any limitations or doubts that may hold you back, understanding that you are the architect of your destiny.

Happy Valentines Day

Happy Wednesday!

It's Valentine’s Day, a day dedicated to love. Are you a fan of Valentine’s Day, or do you see it as just another day? I’m curious to hear how everyone approaches today. How was your Tuesday? Mine was quite eventful, and I’m proud of everything I accomplished. Let's give ourselves a round of applause for that!

Now that we're halfway through the week and into the middle of the month, how has February been treating you? Have you noticed any changes in the energy compared to January? Personally, February has been eye-opening for me. It’s a month of intentionality and getting things done from start to finish.

As I flipped through my planner this morning, I realized how disciplined I've been over the past six days, and I'm extremely proud of that. It’s so easy to get distracted and come off course but we have to stay Disciplined.

I recognize that discipline is the cornerstone of success, the driving force behind achieving my goals, and the pathway to personal growth. With discipline, I harness my focus, channel my energy, and persevere through challenges. I approach each task with dedication and determination, knowing that consistent effort yields remarkable results. I embrace the routines and habits that cultivate discipline, understanding that they pave the way for greatness. Through discipline, I cultivate resilience, resilience, and fortitude, empowering myself to overcome obstacles and fulfill my potential.

Today, and every day, I choose discipline as my guiding principle, knowing that it propels me toward excellence in every aspect of my life.

How do you see yourself

Happy Tuesday!!

How did you sleep last night? I hope you slept and rested well. I’m redoing my starting time, so I’m a tad bit off and a little cranky. What’s on your agenda for today?

Yesterday, I was thinking about how different situations take place throughout the day that alter your mood and affect your schedule. It’s easy to get trapped in circumstances that don’t align with your plans. Yet it’s difficult to get back on track because time keeps going no matter what the circumstances may be.

Today, I reaffirm my commitment to take care of business and be accountable for my actions. I embrace the responsibility that comes with pursuing my goals and dreams, knowing that every decision I make has an impact on my journey. I approach each task with diligence, determination, and integrity, recognizing that excellence is achieved through consistent effort and accountability. I hold myself to high standards, accepting both successes and setbacks as opportunities for growth and learning. With a focused mind and a steadfast heart, I navigate challenges with grace and resilience, knowing that I am capable of overcoming any obstacle that comes my way.

Today, I choose to take ownership of my actions, to lead with purpose, and to create the future I envision for myself.

Focus on ME

Happy Monday!!
Whew, did you take the day off today? I’m still hyped from the Usher concert last night. It was so nice of him to let the football team come and use the same stadium (wink). Let’s get this Monday rolling in the right direction. What’s on your agenda for today? It’s important to always have some type of daily goal, and even if you don’t accomplish all your goals, you should still put forth effort.

The current season is definitely a time for completion. I suggest everyone strive for the best! We have to be very intentional about the things we're trying to accomplish. There’s an old saying: "there’s a time and place for everything." GUESS WHAT? It’s time for you to get GREAT! Utilize this new energy and make it work in your favor. Don’t worry about the next person. Focus on yourself.

Today, I affirm my commitment to focusing on myself and being intentional with the energy I project into the world. I recognize that by prioritizing my own well-being and goals, I can better serve others and contribute positively to my surroundings. I release any distractions and comparisons, understanding that my journey is unique and deserving of my full attention. With every action and thought, I cultivate positive energy, aligning myself with abundance, success, and fulfillment. I trust in my abilities and embrace the opportunities that come my way. Today, and every day, I choose to invest in myself, knowing that by doing so, I create a ripple effect of positivity and inspiration for others.

Needs vs. Wants

Happy Sunday!

How did Self-Care Saturday turn out for you? What did you do? My Saturday was extremely productive, and I felt very grown-up at the end of the day. I'm currently prepping for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to ensure I have everything taken care of for the week.

Are you ready for some Boba today? It's Super Bowl Sunday! I'm sure many of us will spend time with our family and friends, watching football, eating good food, sharing laughs, and making predictions. Believe it or not, good energy is so important for you; it actually boosts your morale.

I'm sure that at some point during the week, that reciprocated energy will be needed. Speaking of needs, I was just driving yesterday and thinking about how the universe aligns needs and toggles with wants.

Needs are valid and essential. They are the foundation upon which you build your life and find fulfillment. Embrace them with gratitude, knowing that they guide you towards growth and balance. While wants may sparkle with allure, recognize that they often veil themselves as necessities. Take time to discern between the two, prioritizing what truly aligns with your values and aspirations. By honoring your needs and embracing them with intention, you cultivate a life rich in authenticity and purpose. Trust in the wisdom of your heart to lead you towards true abundance and contentment.

Check the Expiration Date

Happy Saturday‼️
I pray your Friday was extremely decent to you and you were able to get your mind and body relaxed enough so you can enjoy the weekend. Please don’t forget that today is self-care Saturday. Do something for yourself. I don’t care how small it is, do it just for you, just for your benefit, not for anybody else's, just for you.

Last night I was thinking about how we often confuse history with loyalty. Just because you’ve known someone for a long time doesn’t automatically grant a stay of loyalty (OBLIGATION). It’s important for us to remember that everything and everybody has an expiration date. When an association no longer serves your current phase of life, move on! Holding on causes stress, anxiety, and unwanted attention.

Remember, growth often requires letting go. When we recognize that certain associations no longer serve our best interests or align with our current phase of life, it's essential to have the courage to move on. Embracing change and releasing expired connections is not a sign of weakness but a demonstration of self-respect and self-preservation. By letting go of what no longer serves us, we create space for new opportunities, experiences, and relationships that uplift and support our growth journey. Trust in the process of evolution and know that moving on from expired associations allows us to honor ourselves and pursue paths that lead to greater fulfillment and happiness.

Burdens are light

Happy Friday!

Come on now, I know y’all are ready for the weekend! It’s Super Bowl weekend, everybody’s excited and ready to watch some football and have a good time. What team are you going for? I don’t have a preference on who wins, but I do have a favorite player.

What do you have planned for the weekend? It seems that this week kind of zapped on by in some instances, and then in some instances, it seems like it crept along slowly. I plan to do pretty much whatever I wanna do this weekend (nothing).

I’m so behind schedule with the things that I have planned out, so I’m gonna be catching up. I hope you enjoy your Friday! Don’t let anybody or anything steal your joy. If somebody does something that you don’t like, don’t even acknowledge them. If it’s not going to harm you or the people attached to you… IGNORE THEM

Remember, your peace of mind is precious. When faced with miserable people, choose to focus on your own happiness and well-being. Ignoring negativity is not a sign of weakness, but a display of strength and self-care. Your energy is valuable, so invest it wisely in positivity and growth. Stay true to yourself, and let go of any unnecessary burden that others may try to impose. Keep shining bright and spreading positivity, knowing that you are in control of your own happiness.

Don’t forget to CLAP

Happy Thursday!

Before we dive into the day, I want to thank so many of you for reaching out to check on me. I don’t even have the words to express how much that meant to me. Gestures of appreciation are top-tier to me, so I’m forever grateful to all of you šŸ’‹.

Let’s get into the hustle and bustle. How has your week been treating you? What’s going on? What have you done up until this moment that you’re proud of this week? Please give yourself a pat on the back. We have to celebrate all accolades, big, small, medium – celebrate them now; tomorrow is promised. Stop waiting to clap for yourself, clap right now.

I reflected a lot this week, and I kept thinking about how entitled humans are. People will get upset at you for not reaching out and patting them on the back when you’re barely wiping your eyes. What makes your situation superior to the next person’s issue? Real question. Not only do you need to give yourself grace but you have to extend it to others as well.

Life be life’n teaches us to embrace each moment and find joy in the journey.

Affirm your Allegiance

Happy Monday‼️

Let’s get this day started! I’m ready to get the ball rolling, start  dribbling, make shots, and keep score. I’m so excited for this week. There are so many things that have to take place, need to take place, and then I want to take place, so let’s make it happen. How was your Sunday? What did you do yesterday to get yourself ready for the first workday of the week?

I almost didn’t create a blog for today. I’ve been in such a weird space mentally, and my energy has been off. Yesterday, I was just like, "It’s up to you to create the atmosphere that you choose to dwell in." I instantly pepped myself up so that I could get back in the game. The last 50 days have shown me that the way I feel about humans is valid. My allegiance to humanity almost changed. No matter the title someone holds in your life, some people are trash.

Despite the challenges and disappointments we may encounter, I affirm my allegiance to the goodness and potential within humanity. I choose to focus on the positive aspects of human nature and cultivate empathy, compassion, and understanding in my interactions with others. By staying true to my values and beliefs, I contribute to a world filled with kindness, respect, and unity.

Living Outloud

Happy Sunday‼️

How are you feeling? We've officially reached the first Sunday of February (clap clap). What did you do yesterday for Self-Care Saturday? You know I love to hear your stories of what you did and how it affected you, so send me the stories; I love to hear them. I rested, and I feel like my body knew I needed rest. I literally was sitting and fell asleep for six hours. I haven’t done that in so long, but I feel like my body is healing itself properly, so I’m on the right track.

I’m extremely excited about this week; so many things are going to take place. I’m kinda giddy, to be honest. I’m definitely in high expectation of the week, and I know that I’m aligned with what I have going on. My thought process and my plans are extremely high, and I’m just ready to tackle the week head-on. My feet are on the ground, and I’m standing on business with myself. I’m telling myself, "Let’s go."

As we start this week, I’m also going to start living out loud. You know how sometimes we can downplay our achievements, downplay who we are? Sometimes we even really just downplay our existence when it comes to certain things, just to avoid overstepping certain boundaries, not wanting people to feel a certain way about us. I’m going to start living out loud‼️ I suggest you do the same, especially if you're a person who kinda lives in a shell.

🐚 What happens if you never see tomorrow and you never live in your truth?

Live out loud, embrace your authenticity, and let your light shine bright for the world to see. You are worthy of taking up space and being unapologetically yourself. By living authentically, you inspire others to do the same, creating a ripple effect of empowerment and self-expression. So, go forth with courage and confidence, and live your life boldly, for you never know whose life you may positively impact by simply being true to who you are.

Turbulence

 Happy Saturday‼️

We've made it to the weekend. I’m so excited to rest. My week was a lot; it was very taxing on my body and my mental health, and to be honest, I’m just tired. What are your plans for today? I know today is our self-care day, but outside of self-care, what are you doing? I love to hear feedback from everybody on the different outings and things they consider to be self-care.

I ran across a TikTok where a girl was saying that January was so caught up in 2023 that she’s going to start her new year in February. I instantly thought about how we as humans have to know when to hit the reset button. We have to know when something is too much for us. Realizing when I’m at capacity is my biggest flex ever.

This weekend, I challenge you to do some deep thinking. Think about where you are, where you want to go, and what it's going to take for you to get there. Write down your plan or put it in notes on your phone. Create a map with various steps to ensure that you get to where you’re trying to go. Remember, while you’re on your journey, you can choose coach, main cabin, or first class. Your accommodations and amenities have a lot to do with how much turbulence you feel.

Life is full of turbulence, but it's in those moments that we truly learn to fly. Embrace the challenges, for they are the winds that will lift you higher and carry you to new heights. Start LIVING

Happy Friday!

I know many of you have been eagerly awaiting the weekend. It feels like the weekend arrived at lightning speed, much like everything else has been happening lately. What are your plans for this weekend? It seems like the weather is going to be fairly decent, so I hope you can get outside, breathe in some fresh air, and absorb some good energy. Was your Thursday fairly decent?

I know you're mentally preparing to unwind and relax, but don’t forget that tomorrow, which is Saturday, is your self-care day. Everything is all about you and doing things for the betterment of your mind and soul. It’s important to remember the choices you have in life and to actually exercise those choices for your own betterment.

Today, think about something or someone that you’re holding onto just because of familiarity or due to the time you may have spent entertaining this thing or person, possibly for years or even months. Think about why you’re holding onto them and weigh their value without emotion. If the value is weighing on you mentally and causing any type of disturbance, it’s not worth your time or peace.

It’s so important to let go of things that don’t serve your current self. Stop relying on tomorrow; tomorrow isn’t promised to any of us. We have to live up to our full potential every day. It doesn’t make any sense for us to argue, bicker, or go back and forth, to be overly boisterous about what somebody’s doing that we don’t like. We really don’t have time for that. Today could be your last day! LIVE‼️

Remember to live in your moment, embrace love, and cherish every day.

Welcome

Happy Thursday! šŸŽ‰

Can you believe it's already February? Welcome to a brand new month! As we officially enter February, it's a reminder that time is moving swiftly. It's 2024, and if we're not prepared, we risk getting left behind. How are you feeling mentally today? On a scale from one to 10, I'm personally at a six, and it feels amazing. It's been a long time since I've felt this good.

As we approach the end of the week, have you noticed any changes in the atmosphere, energy, or the people around you? I've observed that many people seem unprepared, lacking a plan for the future. Winging life might work for some, but having a purpose and a plan is crucial for success.

When someone feels like giving up, I always ask them about their "why." Your "why" is your anchor, keeping you grounded and fueling your journey forward. So, what's your "why"? Let it guide you through life's ups and downs.

How bad do you want it?

Happy Sunday!!! We’ve officially made it to the fifth month and third day of 2026! Geesh, this year is truly flying by. How are you? How...
