Happy Wednesday!
I'm excited for today even though this week has literally flown by, and every second feels like a millisecond, meaning it's happening basically as if someone from Nassau was controlling it. I'm excited to see Wednesday. Are you excited for hump day? How was your Tuesday? How did it go for you? Did you roll into it or did it roll over you? It can't be both.
I was thinking yesterday about how you have to communicate in order to communicate (repeat that several times until you understand). Most people disagree, stop talking to each other, or hold resentment due to a lack of proper healthy communication. People fail to realize that communicating, expressing your feelings, thoughts, and beliefs, doesn't necessarily mean that the other party or persons are going to agree with you.
Not communicating also leads to major depression due to built-up frustration, anger, and anxiety. You have to UN-PRESS your thoughts in order to avoid DEPRESSION.
Communication is like a lifeline for both our emotional and mental well-being. By expressing ourselves openly and honestly, we not only foster understanding but also prevent the accumulation of negative emotions that can lead to depression. Opening up may not always result in agreement, but it can lead to a healthier state of mind and stronger relationships.
