Happy Monday to you!!!! How have you been? How was your Thanksgiving? How did November treat you? Oooh child, let’s just say November made me earn all the thanks that I received. My Thanksgiving was decent and full of love. My weekend was full of BS, laughs, silly faces, and lots of Uh Uh’s. Needless to say, I’m ready for December to shower me with kisses and cuddles.🥰
Let’s address the #1 question:Where have I been? Breathing and minding all of my businesses. I had to really buckle down and overflow my cup in order for me to be satisfied with what I have been working on. I was empty!!!! I’m talking about brand-new empty, so we’re starting on F today. My mind is clear, and my vision is good enough to keep me from getting distracted. Anything or anyone that added any type of uncertainty in my life is gone.
We have 31 days in December, and I really hope you’ve already got your stuff together and started to work on your 2026 lifelines. Procrastination cannot continue to linger or be a part of the process. Cheating yourself is obscene, but anytime you procrastinate, that’s exactly what you are doing. Today, I challenge you to start your new journey to the next phase of your life. Why wait for tomorrow or a New Year? Start NOW!!!!
Welcome to our new week of thankfulness! How was your weekend? What did you do? Did you do anything special on Saturday? There’s so much going on this November that it’s almost impossible to keep up with everything. As we move through this retrograde, don’t panic—just take your time, breathe, and focus on making sound decisions while minding your peace. This season is all about awareness, gratitude, and intentional growth. The universe isn’t trying to confuse you—it’s trying to help you realign.
Last night I was thinking about how my journey has always been Me vs. Me. I’ve never felt jealousy or animosity toward anyone else because my only competition has been the woman I was yesterday. My main focus has always been transforming my thoughts into tangible reality and evolving in my own lane. Anytime I encounter people who carry imposter syndrome or a “pick me” mentality, I can’t help but wonder—what broke your belief in yourself? When did you start feeling like you needed to be chosen instead of realizing that you were already chosen by design? Let’s unpack that.
You were never meant to be an afterthought. You are the main character in your story, not an extra in someone else’s narrative. Once you stop asking for a seat at tables built on convenience instead of care, you begin building your own. Your value doesn’t decrease because someone failed to recognize it—it multiplies when you recognize it yourself. This week, affirm that your worth is not up for negotiation. You are not too much; you are simply not meant for environments that prefer less.
Did you know that leading with principle while discarding emotion is one of the greatest forms of self-mastery. Emotions are real, but they aren’t always reliable. They can blur your vision, while principle keeps you anchored in truth. Choosing principle means you’re no longer reacting from pain—you’re responding with purpose. It means you no longer chase understanding from those committed to misunderstanding you. Instead, you act with integrity and peace, knowing that everything meant for you will align in divine timing.
As you enter this new week, rewrite your fairytale. Let guilt fall off your shoulders—it served its purpose, but it can no longer hold you hostage. You owe yourself forgiveness for the moments you accepted less just to feel seen. This new chapter is built on clarity, confidence, and conviction. You’ve survived enough to know that peace is priceless, and you’ve grown enough to protect it. This is your reminder to move with gratitude, lead with principle, and never shrink to fit a space you’ve already outgrown. Your story isn’t over—it’s just beginning, and this time, you’re writing it from a place of power.
Not only are we stepping into a new month, but time did its big one and fell back this morning — giving us an extra hour of greatness. HAPPY SUNDAY! This marks a brand-new week and the first of many as we begin acknowledging the thankful moments we’ve experienced. I truly enjoy the holiday season, and when November arrives, I make it my mission to keep my energy positive and my heart open to receive all the beautiful things that come with it.
How was your weekend? I hope you used Saturday to recharge in whatever way was necessary for your betterment. I feel refreshed and ready to bless the world with my greatness — with hopes that my energy rubs off on someone in a positive way. My NO STINKING THINKING rule has been in full effect for the past three weeks. If a situation or person radiates anything less than greatness or kindness, that interaction is probably no longer needed. To be of true value to myself, I must ensure that my surroundings and connections meet a certain standard.
Yesterday, I spent some time reflecting on what truly matters to me going into the first quarter of 2026 — and honestly, things have shifted. Respect and Peace now sit at the top of my priority list. If any situation or person disturbs the energy of either, I don’t want that association. I’ve witnessed so many human interactions that breed turmoil and uncertainty, and I cringe at the thought of entertaining anything that threatens my peace. When you don’t know who you are, you’ll do almost anything to fit into spaces that were never meant for you.
This week, we’re focused on creating generational habits that add value to every area of our lives. Think about the people who make up your six degrees — your circle, your tribe. What can you do to help elevate them to the next level? Once you’ve identified that, execute it. I often hear people say, “Money doesn’t make you happy.” And while that may hold some truth, I challenge you to try living without it.
Today, I challenge you to start the POUR — pour into yourself, pour into others, and pour into your purpose. The overflow is waiting.
