Happy Friday!

Welcome to the weekend! What are your plans for the last day of May? I hope you’re ending the fifth month of 2024 with lots of good rapport. If you’re being frank, we’re halfway done with 2024. What’s one thing you learned in May that’s going to impact the rest of your year?

I plan to take on this Friday with ease. I’m really worn out from the beginning of the week and feel like I’m treading on thin ice. I’m not sure what my self-care will look like, but I know silence will be on the menu. Silence is definitely important for me when I have to make a lot of decisions.

I affirm the power of silence in maintaining mental clarity and emotional well-being. Embracing moments of quiet allows me to reflect, recharge, and realign my thoughts, ensuring that my decisions are grounded in wisdom and insight. This week has definitely changed my perspective on the human race. How have things been with you? I hope you’ve completed your tasks and cleared your paths so June can come in and do something productive in your life. We aren’t in any type of weird phase, but random things are definitely happening every second. 

My Thursday will consist of many moving pieces. I’m sure I’ll have more human interaction than I’d like, but sometimes you have to create a way for those with a mold voice. Last night, I was thinking about people and how their reaction time sometimes fails to align with the immediate situation. I’m a solution-based person, so it’s hard for me to see the purpose of any delays.

As a solution-based person, I affirm my ability to approach challenges with a proactive and constructive mindset. I am dedicated to finding effective and timely resolutions, and I believe that every problem presents an opportunity for growth and improvement. How are you? How was your Tuesday? I hope everyone has had a safe and decent week thus far. I’m personally overwhelmed and in need of an immediate visit to the ocean! Life is definitely having its big moment, and I literally had to start fighting back. 

This Wednesday will be extremely busy, but I’m looking at the brighter side of all situations. When people say your life can change at any minute, I’m going to start correcting them and letting them know things happen by the second. You always have to operate at your highest self just in case there are no do-overs.

Operating at your highest self entails a conscious and continuous effort to engage with life fully and purposefully, recognizing that every moment holds significant potential. It's crucial not to take anything for granted, as life can change in an instant. This mindset encourages an attitude of gratitude and mindfulness, ensuring that we approach each day with the intention to make the most of it. Tuesday, come on in, sit down, and act like you have a little bit of sense‼️Anytime we have a holiday on Monday, I always get turned around. I find myself wanting to say the wrong day every time. How was your Memorial Day? What did you do? I was extremely relaxed. I ate, watched Netflix, and lounged around. I did absolutely nothing. The hardest thing I did was go to the gas pay for gas.

This week will zoom past us we’ll be tap dancing with June in a few.Time goes extremely fast, so we have to be intentional with how we use it and what we focus on. Lots of strange shifts are taking place in the universe, so it’s best to keep yourself covered. Don’t entertain anything or anyone that doesn’t support your future self. Yesterday, I reflected on how much time I’ve wasted on things that had nothing to do with me. It’s so easy to get distracted from your path while worrying about someone else’s journey. It’s time to be a tad bit selfish..FOCUS ON YOU!

Enlighten Me

Welcome to the last week of May!

Happy Monday! Can you believe we are almost done with May 2024? Wow, what have been some highlights for you this month? What are some things that took place in May that you want to rectify so you’ll never have to deal with them again? For me, May was extremely busy. I had to hold myself accountable in many different ways when it came to staying on task and grounded, despite how things appeared.

I’m starting my day with a 10-minute conversation with myself. I’ve noticed this helps me throughout the day. This weekend, I wrote down over 100 affirmations that described me. I plan to complete that exercise again as often as needed to keep my morale high. I always emphasize emotions and mental health because they are the main focal points of our lives.

Today, I embrace the opportunity to outgrow yesterday's behaviors and attitudes. Each day is a new chance to refine myself, leaving behind patterns that no longer serve my growth and well-being. I acknowledge my past actions, learn from them, and commit to making positive changes. With each step forward, I shed old habits and embrace a more enlightened, empowered version of myself. I am continuously evolving, and my journey of self-improvement is a testament to my strength and resilience.

Be prepared

 Happy Friday!

 When I say this has been a week, please take my words at full face value. It has indeed been a week. How are you doing? How did everything go for you yesterday? I truly hope that you’re doing well mentally, given how much is going on. I know it’s having a direct impact on many people’s mental health. Many people are suffering mentally and aren’t even aware of it; they’re just going with the flow.

I’m usually extremely excited to see the weekend. I need to find another word besides "excited." My migraines are back, and my allergies are acting up. I guess the weather is doing what it does, and I’m just tired. I’m the kind of tired where I really need to take 72 hours and unplug, somewhere on an island with water. I need to decompress, but the way my schedule is set up, none of that is feasible right now. So, let’s keep this thing rolling.

Last night, I kept hearing the song "He’s Preparing Me" playing in my head. As I reflected on all the things I have going on, and the things others have shared with me, it became clear that He’s definitely preparing us. Sometimes, things are delayed because they need to be properly prepared. I say all that to remind you not to give up on something you’ve been waiting for just because it didn’t arrive by your deadline. Proper preparations have to take place.

Despite the challenges and the exhaustion, I affirm that perseverance and patience are key. We are being prepared for something greater, and the delays we experience are just a part of that preparation. Stay hopeful and continue to push forward, knowing that the best is yet to come.

Welcome to Thursday. I hope you have had a good week so far. How was your Wednesday? Wednesday was so clear for me. My perspectives are changing as time reveals itself. We’re going to have a full moon in Sagittarius, which is supposed to bring lots of abundance. I know that to be true, so I’m looking forward to all the great things this moon will bring us.

I’m up extremely early today. I really don’t have much to do, but I’m hungry. Pretty much everything I’ve been eating over the last couple of weeks has tasted bad to me unless I’ve cooked it at home. Eating out is gross to me now; I don’t know what’s going on with my taste buds.

As I sit here thinking about how my tastes have changed, I can’t help but think about how we change and evolve as people. I always say, if you’re not growing, you’re definitely not glowing, and you shouldn’t be doing the same thing you were doing before. You should have evolved. You should be working on something. You should be engaging in a different adventure. If you’re not, you might be stuck or a bit complacent.

Welcome to Hump Day! How are you feeling today? I hope you are in a positive mental space. It is easy to become so engrossed in your daily schedule that you neglect your mental health. If you know me, you know I won't let that happen. My Tuesday was great; it started early and ended late, but I am not complaining. I am grateful for the experiences.

I actually feel quite refreshed today. I have been at peace these past few days, perhaps because I have been reading my Bible more and praying more, or maybe I am simply at a place where I no longer try to control every narrative. I do my best and let the universe handle the rest. Recently, I had a conversation with someone and mentioned that you have to let people be who they are, not who you want them to be. Although it sounds cliché, to protect your peace, sometimes you just have to let people do their own thing. In the process, some may distance themselves from your life, but that is a small price for preserving your sanity, and eventually, you will be all right.

In acknowledging this, I have learned the importance of relinquishing control and embracing a more fluid approach to interpersonal relationships. This shift not only promotes inner peace but also fosters healthier, more authentic connections with others. By allowing people to be themselves, we create space for mutual respect and understanding.

As we embark on the second day of the week, I hope this message finds you well. How did your Monday unfold? I trust you were able to set a positive tone for the start of your work week. Today was particularly unusual for me as I found myself engaging in numerous conversations, which felt quite out of character. Despite appearances, I am not inherently social or a frequent communicator; those who observe my life might mistakenly believe otherwise.

My Tuesday began at 4:00 AM and will likely extend until around 10 PM, if I am fortunate. As I prepare for the upcoming summer, I am also wrapping up various plans for the fall. Last night, I reflected on the nature of humility and modesty in social interactions, particularly how these traits often lead individuals to spare others' feelings at the expense of honesty. While I do not advocate for disrespect, it is evident that excessive humility can sometimes result in being taken advantage of. Sometimes it’s necessary to pop your shhh!

When individuals perceive they have control over you or certain situations, they may exploit that perceived power. Although we are often taught to take the high road, there are moments when assertiveness is necessary. It is crucial to assert oneself firmly yet respectfully to prevent others from overstepping boundaries. This approach is not about becoming antagonistic, but rather about establishing clear limits to ensure one is not taken for granted.

Limited Interaction

Welcome to the weekend! This week has been the quickest I have experienced in all of 2024. We are already back at the weekend. How did everything go for you on Thursday? I hope you were able to utilize your time effectively and do things that contributed to your personal growth and well-being. My Thursday was extremely quiet, but it was very impactful for me, as I was able to accomplish many tasks.

Since today is Friday, I am going to stick to my plan of doing very little. I thrive better with a three-day weekend than just taking two days for myself, so I am going to focus on low-impact activities. I want to avoid anything that might overexert me or require too much mental effort.

Do you have any plans for the weekend? Last night, I reviewed my schedule to decide what I wanted to do, what I would do, and with whom. Do you take family vacations? I think every summer I should plan one or two big activities with my family. It's relatively easy for me because I generally spend time with the same people. I have reached an age where I know who I like, whom I want to hang out with, and how long I can tolerate being around people. I try to avoid situations where I have to be with people I can't tolerate for longer than 30 minutes.

Welcome to Friday Eve! Does anyone else feel like this week is just flying by? It seems like if I blink, another day has passed. How was your Wednesday? I hope you used the last 24 hours to your full advantage and accomplished everything you planned without procrastination, which seems to be at an all-time high for many of us.

Since today is Thursday, I plan to wrap up my week and tackle all the major tasks I have scheduled for today and Friday. I've noticed that I am a better person when I am free on Friday and have no significant obligations requiring substantial time and presence. I’ll keep adjusting my schedule and plans accordingly as long as it brings me peace and comfort.

In the pursuit of personal growth and self-actualization, I embrace the necessity of making deliberate and thoughtful changes in my life. I recognize that transformation is a dynamic process requiring both introspection and action. It's remarkable how quickly we've reached the midpoint of the week. This week seems to be passing by swiftly. How did Tuesday unfold for you? My Tuesday was filled with errands and tasks. I rose early in the morning, so by the time 4 o'clock rolled around, I was eager to retire for the night, but I had to persevere. I gave myself a motivational pep talk because completing all tasks was imperative; after all, tomorrow's time is not promised.

Last night, I reflected on the trajectory of my life. While my life is far from perfect, I have acquired the ability to regulate my emotions and thoughts, placing me in a favorable position. I remind myself daily that life operates on the principle of cause and effect. Every occurrence is a result of a cause, and our responses to these events are crucial.

Furthermore, I have learned to detach my emotions from most situations. While it's natural to experience emotions for a brief period, when it comes to making decisions that impact the well-being of a situation, it's essential to remove emotions to facilitate sound judgment. I have been practicing this approach for almost a year, and I have honed this skill to mastery.

In the pursuit of sound decision-making and effective leadership, I commit to the disciplined practice of emotional regulation. Recognizing that emotions, while an integral part of the human experience, can cloud judgment and impede rational thought, I strive to cultivate a state of emotional detachment when evaluating critical decisions.

Happy Tuesday!

How are you feeling today? How did your Monday go? I pray that your week started off on a good note so that you're able to have peace of mind throughout the remainder of the week. Many of you sent me your stories from the weekend, and it seems like everybody had a good time filled with laughter, love, and good vibes.

Today is Tuesday, so I have a lot of meetings. I'm also going to get my first workout in fairly early because I'm now doing two-a-days. I was looking at my planner last night, and it's time for me to start working on 2025. That sounds crazy, but you gotta do what you gotta do in order to get where you're trying to go. They say nothing comes to a sleeper, but a dream is so real, and I understand it more now as an adult.

I had a conversation last night with someone about their dreams and goals, and I realized that some of us don’t dream big enough. Some of us are extremely complacent, and that's not good. There is no such thing as something being impossible or out of your reach. You may have to go through certain phases or obstacles, but there is no such thing as a dream or goal being impossible. When you're betting in life, you always have to bet on yourself and don’t let anybody else tell you differently.

Today and every day, I bet on myself. I trust in my abilities, my resilience, and my capacity to overcome challenges. I embrace the journey ahead with courage and determination, knowing that I hold the power to shape my own destiny. I am worthy of success, fulfillment, and happiness, and I am committed to making my dreams a reality.

How was your Mother’s Day weekend? Please tell me all about it. Did you have a good time? I hope you were able to relax and share a few laughs with your friends, family, and your mom, of course. My weekend was actually great. I have no complaints. I had a good time in every setting that I entertained, and if I could, I would do it all over again.

As I start my week, I’m being extremely cautious of my energy. I’m easily depleted when I receive chaos from other people. For over a month I’ve been functioning on a small bandwidth of capacity, so entertaining someone else’s drama isn’t on my radar. I’ve also noticed that my perception of repetitive behavior is at an all-time low. We all go through different cycles in life, but the outcome of each cycle is solely based on our reaction.

I am the architect of my destiny, and I hold the power to break free from detrimental cycles. I acknowledge that repeated outcomes stem from patterns within myself, and I take full accountability for my reactions and choices. With awareness and intention, I release old habits and beliefs that no longer serve my growth. 

Each day, I embrace the opportunity to create positive change, forging a new path filled with purpose and empowerment. I am resilient, capable, and deserving of a life guided by conscious decisions and authentic expression. Welcome to the first day of our week. How was your Saturday? What did you do for self-care? Please don’t tell me that you didn’t have time to do something for yourself. My Saturday was good. I enjoyed it with lots of laughs, hugs, and genuine love. I always say that love is the cure for most of my issues. 

Yesterday, I did a lot of self-reflection on my life and the way things work in it, and I kind of changed my perspective just a tad bit. I know I’ve said many times that we have to stay focused and stick to the original plan and see everything through in order to get to the end goal. My thoughts and perspectives on that have changed just a little bit. Most of the time, we have trouble reaching our goal because we’re not being honest with ourselves about what it takes to actually accomplish every part of the goal. Most of the focus is on what we hope the result will be.

Embracing every part of your journey begins with setting realistic expectations. By acknowledging your limitations and understanding the complexities of the path ahead, you pave the way for genuine growth and fulfillment. Each step, whether smooth or challenging, contributes to your evolution.

How are you today? How did everything go for you on Friday? My day was so full, but I managed to do everything. I hope you rested well and were able to relax last night. What are your plans for today? This is Mother’s Day weekend, so I’m expecting to run into a lot of familiar faces.

I know most of you will spend your time with your family this weekend, but don’t forget your SELF-CARE. Providing self-care for yourself gives you a chance to decompress. You need to make sure you’re capable of being the best version of yourself. As I go through the day, I also want to send love to those who are without their mom or mother figure.

As we embrace the journey of living for ourselves , have to recognize that self-love is the cornerstone of true happiness. With each step, you’re prioritizing your own well-being, honoring your dreams, passions, and boundaries. In this journey, you cherish and embrace those who make your life easier, surrounding yourself with love, support, and positivity. It’s Friday

Happy Friday!

Welcome to the weekend! Friday has arrived and picked us up from the sleepover without us having to call. How did your Thursday end? Are you ready for the weekend festivities to begin? I’m ready for some hugs and lots of laughs. I’ve noticed that a big hug and a couple of laughs seem to remove any tension that I may carry around.

Today, I’m starting off with self-care and some great conversation. I’m practicing giving out exactly what I need. Instead of finding the wrong in certain situations, I’ve redirected my energy. I am the embodiment of kindness, compassion, and understanding. In every interaction, I radiate empathy and support, lifting others up with my unwavering positivity. 

My actions inspire those around me to be better versions of themselves. I purposely nurture meaningful connections, fostering a community built on trust and mutual respect. It’s important to lead by example, showing others the power of authenticity and vulnerability. Sometimes you are the person you need in your life, and your presence enriches the world with love and light.

Happy Thursday! How are you? How did everything go for you on Wednesday? As the week is coming to an end I’m definitely noticing how much I need a vacation. I’m finding myself solving problems after hours so a change is definitely on the way. I have to eliminate everything that doesn’t pertain to me.

Eliminating outside distractions that lead to overanalyzing things that don't belong to you is essential for maintaining inner peace and focus. By consciously redirecting your attention away from external noise and unnecessary worries, you create space for clarity and tranquility within yourself. Release the need to dissect every situation or concern that doesn't directly impact your life, and instead, cultivate a mindset of detachment and discernment. Trust in your ability to distinguish between what is within your control and what is beyond it, allowing yourself to let go of unnecessary burdens and reclaim your mental energy. 

As you free yourself from the weight of overanalyzing external matters, you open the door to greater self-awareness and inner harmony. Redirect your focus inward, nurturing your own growth, and embracing the present moment with acceptance and gratitude. Welcome to HUMP DAY‼️ Can you believe that we are already in the middle of the week? How was your Tuesday? I really hope that Tuesday allowed you to have peace of mind and just kind of go through the day stress-free. My Tuesday was busy. I usually like when I have busy days, but it was so busy and I feel like so much was coming at me. I couldn’t quite live in the moment. I was just doing things to get them done.

Today, I plan to pretty much tackle my planner. Y’all know when I get to living out this planner, I started sitting on the floor in the dungeon while trying to breathe and mind my business. I guess it’s my coping mechanism of just getting things done with minimal interruptions. I’m definitely going to embrace this new moon in Taurus.

It’s so important for us to strive for greatness each day. Stop thinking you’ll have today’s opportunity tomorrow. Many of us are just existing and watching the days pass by. Please practice living. Living your life rather than just existing means embracing each day with intention, purpose, and passion. It's about actively pursuing your dreams, desires, and goals, instead of simply going through the motions. Each moment is an opportunity to create, explore, and experience the richness of life.

Happy Tuesday!!!

Whew, let’s take a moment and give thanks for just making it to TUESDAY!!!! Monday showed up pulling cards and making sure everyone stood in their true colors. By the time I made it to 5 pm, I was two clicks away from booking a random solo vacation. Shhhhhh! How was your Monday?

I hope Tuesday stands on business but allows room for us to breathe. Yesterday I kept going, reminded that it was okay to take a seat and wait for your next move. Often times in life, we are in such a hurry that we stumble our way through every moment without fully grasping the details.

We should embrace each moment with mindful awareness, refusing to rush through life's journey. Instead of stumbling blindly, we need to walk with intention, savoring the details and lessons along the way. With each step, br present, grounded, and open to the wisdom that surrounds you. By cultivating mindfulness and awareness, you navigate life's path with clarity, grace, and purpose, avoiding the pitfalls of haste and impatience.

It’s important to trust in the timing of the universe and honor the natural rhythm of life. It’s Monday!

Happy Monday. What are we doing today? This is the second week of May, and I’m excited all over again. How was your weekend? What did you do to celebrate Cinco de Mayo because everybody had a different variation of how they celebrated, so give me some personal stories. Yesterday, I kinda lounged around a lot because I picked up a germ. (Don’t be shocked.) I have the immune system of a three-minute-old baby, so I get every germ there is.

My day is starting today at 5 AM, and I’ll probably end my day around 10 o’clock at night because I have a lot of intricate things that have to be done today. Mother’s Day is Sunday! 😁 This week, I’m minding my business and focusing on what I can control while bypassing things that are out of my hands. I’m only betting on myself these next couple of months.

Betting on myself means trusting in my abilities, intuition, and resilience to navigate life's uncertainties with confidence and determination. It's about investing my energy and focus into areas where I have control, knowing that my actions and decisions have the power to shape my destiny.Instead of dwelling on external factors or worrying about things beyond my influence, I choose to channel my efforts into self-improvement, growth, and pursuing my goals.

Go ahead and Spin the Block

Welcome to the beginning of the second week of May. How has your May 2024 been for you thus far? It's just the fifth day, but do you already have a feel for the vibe and know what you need to redirect in order to achieve your desired outcome? 

Today is Cinco de Mayo. Do you celebrate this holiday, or do you see it as just another day? If you do celebrate it, how do you go about it? I'm really interested in knowing. As for self-care Saturday, what did you do as a form of self-care just for yourself? I know many of you have said that you ran out of time or got bogged down, but those excuses are not justifiable when it comes to recharging yourself for the next week, especially if you always have a lot on your plate. You cannot neglect yourself.


As I enter this new week, I’m super excited. I don’t know if I’m so excited because I have so many new beginnings for this week or if I’m excited because I know May is going to be filled with so many great opportunities and achievements. During my Self-Care Saturday, I had lots of laughs and got to hang out with some extremely cool people who poured into me. I didn’t realize how bad I needed a refill.

I often hear people talk about spending time with different people they want to get acquainted with in their life. The only person I want to spend time with is the old me. Spinning the block on my old self means revisiting the person I used to be with a newfound perspective and appreciation for growth. It's about acknowledging the journey I've taken, the lessons I've learned, and the progress I've made along the way. Instead of dwelling on past mistakes or shortcomings, I choose to embrace my history as a vital part of my evolution. 

By reconnecting with my old self, I gain insight into how far I've come and reaffirm my commitment to personal development and self-improvement. Each spin of the block serves as a reminder of my resilience, strength, and capacity for change. I embrace my past self with compassion and gratitude, knowing that it has shaped me into the person I am today.

Welcome to Self-care Saturday! What are your plans for today? Please don’t tell me that you don’t have anything planned because, again, this is Cinco de Mayo weekend. Most of us just need a reason, and we’re definitely going to celebrate. How was your Friday? Did you do anything exciting? Did you hang out or spend time with family and friends? I hope your Friday treated you well enough that your weekend turns into something phenomenal.

My Friday consisted of lots of Zoom video calls, but I made it through. My schedule has become so structured lately that I can pretty much count the minutes in certain situations that I’m in.Since today is Self-care Saturday, I’m pretty sure I’ll spend most of my time at the nail salon because I need a pedicure and I broke two nails. Yay me! As we dabble with the weekend, I want you to also think about some things that you are proud of when it comes to yourself, your growth, and your achievements for 2024.

Self-care Saturday is a sacred time dedicated to nurturing my mind, body, and soul. Today, I prioritize my well-being above all else, indulging in activities that replenish my spirit and rejuvenate my energy. Whether it's a relaxing spa treatment, a peaceful nature walk, or simply spending quality time with loved ones, I honor myself by engaging in activities that bring joy and inner peace. I recognize that self-care is not selfish; it is a vital practice that enables me to show up fully in all areas of my life.

Quality Vs. Quantity

Welcome to the WEEKEND!!! What are your plans for this weekend? Please don’t say you don’t have any because this is the weekend for Cinco de Mayo. How did everything go on Thursday? My day was slow but eventful.

Today, I’ll purposely get an early start on all of my daily chores. I’ve been practicing time management and it’s working really well for me. I’ve given new meaning to the saying, "Nothing comes to a sleeper but a dream." Even though we have 24 hours in a day, sometimes we have to allocate more time to certain tasks in order to achieve a quality finish.

Living a life of quality means prioritizing what truly matters and avoiding the trap of unnecessary stress brought on by chasing quantity. It's about finding fulfillment in meaningful experiences, relationships, and personal growth rather than accumulating possessions or overcommitting to obligations. By focusing on quality, we invest our time and energy in things that bring genuine joy, purpose, and satisfaction. This approach allows us to savor life's moments, cultivate deeper connections, and maintain a sense of balance and well-being. 

This Embracing quality over quantity empowers us to lead more intentional, fulfilling lives while minimizing the burden of stress and overwhelm.

How was your first day of May? I hope your day was smooth with no real complications, and you were able to really enjoy the first day of May. My granny used to always tell me that April showers would bring May flowers. This morning, I was trying to remember if she said anything about it raining a lot in May, but anyhow, how are you feeling today?

It seems like Thursday popped up on us quickly, which lets us know that Mr. Weekend is around the corner. What are your plans for today? Don't forget to write your monthly goals out and improvise in whatever area is needed. We have to stop letting distractions throw us off our original trail. Just because something caught your eye doesn't mean it deserves your full attention. Stay FOCUSED!"

Welcome to the month of May! Can you believe that we are already in May 2024? The year is flying by at the speed of lightning, with 121 days already gone. Class is in session, and there have been many trials, once-in-a-lifetime experiences, and grand moments. What's your favorite thing that has happened so far?

I hope you're taking your days seriously. Please don't spend the majority of your time just existing rather than reaching your fullest potential. As I've said before, this month is very personal to me. I plan to live to my fullest capacity. There will be no more playing small in life. We're either winning or learning. I’m purposely avoiding anything or anyone that doesn’t bring value to my life.

In life, every experience is an opportunity for growth and learning. Embracing this mindset allows us to continuously evolve and excel. We must acknowledge our achievements, big or small, and celebrate them without downplaying their significance. Each success, every lesson learned, contributes to our journey towards living our best lives.
