Happy Monday

Happy Monday!

We are already in the third week of April, and at some point, time really got away from us. How was your weekend? What did you do for Self-Care Saturday? As I take a deep breath, I’m reminded that we are fully in bloom—yes, allergy season is here in all its glory. No matter how many remedies I try, nothing seems to compete with the pollen. So be honest… what have you been doing to take care of yourself? I’ve been doing a little bit of everything, and surprisingly, solo travel has become my new favorite thing. I was completely against it at first, but now it feels like freedom, clarity, and peace all wrapped into one.

Today is Monday—and you already know, Mondays are my favorite. There’s something about a fresh start, a clean slate, and the opportunity to reset that energizes me. My day is going to be busy, but with the right structure and a clear plan, I know I’ll handle it with ease. Having structure isn’t restrictive—it’s freeing. It eliminates chaos, reduces unnecessary stress, and allows you to move with intention instead of reaction. When you are aligned and organized, life begins to feel softer, calmer, and more manageable.

Speaking of stress… I truly don’t have any, and that didn’t happen by accident. I made a conscious decision to eliminate anything and anyone that brought uncertainty into my life. Protecting your peace requires discipline. It requires you to be honest about what drains you and bold enough to walk away from it. Not everyone deserves access to you, your energy, or your space. And that’s okay. Choosing yourself will always come with adjustments, but the peace you gain is unmatched.

Releasing people who don’t have your best interests at heart is not harsh—it’s necessary. Sometimes we outgrow connections, and sometimes we finally see them clearly for what they are. Either way, letting go is a form of self-respect. You deserve relationships that are genuine, supportive, and aligned with your growth. When you stop forcing connections and start honoring your worth, you naturally attract people who meet you where you are—whole, intentional, and evolving.

And in that space, you begin to build your own version of family. The truth is, the family you are born into isn’t always the family you deserve—but you are not limited by that. You have the power to create a circle filled with love, respect, trust, and consistency. Your chosen family will show up for you, pour into you, and celebrate you without conditions. So as you move through this week, keep choosing peace, keep honoring your boundaries, and keep creating a life that feels soft, safe, and entirely yours. You deserve nothing less.

How bad do you want it?

Happy Sunday!!! We’ve officially made it to the fifth month and third day of 2026! Geesh, this year is truly flying by. How are you? How...
