Welcome to a new week. How was your weekend? What did you do for self-care? The schedule for this week is full, but I'm excited. Incorporating my year into quarters not only gives me discipline but also aids in time management.
On Saturday, I mentioned that humans make time for what they want to make time for. Think about an interaction that you've been trying to turn into reality. How long have you been working at this? If it's been longer than 12 weeks, abort the mission.
Socializing and being on the same page as an adult isn't complicated; humans make things complicated. This week, I want you to think about things that appear complicated in your life. If those things aren't adding to your future self, please start eliminating them.One thing that we can’t get back is TIME!
