Happy Wednesday!
Brrrr, can we get to the good part already? This week has definitely been slowly rolling, but we're making it through. What do you have planned for today? I'm working out and running some errands, even though I'm mentally exhausted. Sticking to a schedule creates normalcy for me, no matter how I feel.
I read an article about mental health and jealousy. That's a strange combination, right? You'd be amazed at how many people create situations in their minds just to foster animosity and jealousy towards others. Jealousy isn’t always based on materialistic things. People often feel envious of the favor in your life, your resilience, or the love you receive from others. Pay attention to those who never clap for you but linger in your presence.
When dealing with jealousy, whether it's from others or the imposter syndrome within yourself, remember that your value isn’t diminished by someone else's inability to see your worth. Jealousy is often a reflection of their own insecurities, not a measure of your success or happiness. Focus on your journey, celebrate your achievements, and let go of the need for approval from others. Trust in your abilities and remember that you are deserving of your accomplishments. Keep shining, and don't let the shadows of envy dim your light.
