Wow, the weekend just seems to fly by, doesn't it? What did you do for your self-care yesterday? You know that incorporating self-care into every week is crucial for your mental stability, right? When life's burdens weigh you down, it's easy for your mental health to be impacted, causing you to forget about YOURSELF. Do you have any plans for today? I'm planning to go to the gym, attend church, and do some cooking. Anything else I do will be EXTRA.
