How are you feeling mentally today? How was your Monday? My Monday was full of situations and solutions. One thing I've learned about a problem is that if you don’t solve it the first time, it'll be twice as confusing later.
Last night, I started yawning at 6pm and didn’t fall asleep until midnight. If you know me, you know I’m a professional sleeper. Monday was so hectic and busy that it kept my brain in overdrive well after my day ended. It’s sometimes difficult to be there for others while balancing your own sanity.
My Tuesday started early, and I’m hoping for a rainbow with a leprechaun at the end. I try to find the good in every situation I’m in. Doing anything else will set you up for a downward spiral of emotions.
