It’s just an ENERGY shift

Happy Tuesday!

Look at us, already on the second day of July. How was your first day of July? I hope you started off on a positive note. I started off extremely well. Let me just say, I did seven of the nine things that I had planned for the first, so for me, I’m on the right track.

I’ve had several different conversations and read a lot of your comments about the retrograde and how it’s coming full circle in your life. Before the retrograde started, I gave you a heads-up and talked to you all about how things in life come back to you in full circle, and how you should always live in your truth. That’s all this retrograde is doing: exposing the truth and making you own it. This energy shift is crucial but necessary.

As I start my Tuesday, I anticipate that I’m going to knock out a lot of things on my calendar. I’m also going to try to bring my affirmations closer to my reality. I noticed that some people don’t know the difference between being kind and being nice. I am a kind person. I am not a nice person. I’m not going to coddle you or tell you what you want to hear, but I’m going to respect you and show you grace.

You embody the values of persistence, intelligence, and dedication. Remember that true strength also lies in kindness. Embrace kindness as a powerful tool in your academic journey, fostering a supportive environment for yourself and others. Kindness is not a sign of weakness but a profound expression of empathy and respect. By being kind to yourself, you cultivate resilience and self-compassion, essential for navigating the challenges of your research. By extending kindness to your peers, mentors, and collaborators, you build a community rooted in mutual support and encouragement. Let kindness guide your actions and interactions, enriching your academic experience and contributing to a more harmonious and productive scholarly environment.

How bad do you want it?

Happy Sunday!!! We’ve officially made it to the fifth month and third day of 2026! Geesh, this year is truly flying by. How are you? How...
