Look how fast “Hump Day” showed up! Can we all agree that this week has been all gas and no brakes? I was just thinking that if I had slept 10 minutes longer yesterday, I would’ve been behind. How was your Tuesday?
Today, my expectations are high, and my schedule is at capacity. Yesterday, I was in a meeting and realized I wasn’t being a team player. There’s something about working with others that brings uncertainty.
Working with others can sometimes feel uncertain, as different personalities and perspectives come together. Yet, it is in these moments of collaboration that I have the opportunity to grow, learn, and expand my own understanding. I affirm that uncertainty is not a barrier but a bridge to deeper connections and better outcomes.
