Welcome to Week 3 of June!!
Happy Sunday!
Welcome to the close of another week and the soft beginning of a new one. Sundays offer a sacred space to reflect, recharge, and realign. Before we jump ahead, take a deep breath and think about how you showed up for yourself yesterday. What did your Self-Care Saturday look like? Whether you rested, cleaned your space, went for a walk, or just allowed yourself to be still—that counts. Caring for yourself, even in small ways, is how you water your own roots so you can bloom again tomorrow.
As you reflect, it’s also a good time to examine the energy around you. Some relationships—whether friendships, partnerships, or even family ties—may have served a purpose once, but now feel draining. When you constantly pour into others and receive little in return, you’re not being kind—you’re being depleted. This isn’t about blame, it’s about truth. And the truth is: anything or anyone not contributing to your peace, growth, or joy is costing you more than you can afford. You deserve connections that uplift and inspire you.
It’s okay to outgrow people, spaces, and habits. Growth is not betrayal. At some point, you have to ask yourself the hard question: When is enough actually enough? When the same cycle keeps repeating with no effort to change, when your needs are ignored, or when your presence is taken for granted—that’s your answer. Enough is enough when peace feels like a negotiation instead of a given. You don’t need permission to protect your spirit.
So today, move with intention. Move with clarity. You’ve already survived so much, and now it’s time to thrive with less weight on your shoulders. Let this Sunday be your moment of clarity, your moment of decision. Take what you need from yesterday, release what no longer serves you, and step into this week knowing you are worthy of reciprocity, love, and rest. And if you haven’t heard it yet today: You deserve better, and it’s okay to choose yourself.
