Happy Wednesday!!!!
How are you? (Giggle) How did Tuesday treat you? I was so overwhelmed yesterday that my body literally said "LAY DOWN" now. Wheeeew, energy is more powerful than we know. I have a bad habit of taking on other people’s issues and making them mine—like I signed a contract to carry their burdens. Tuesday? I left that characteristic right where it had me fkd up at. I don't know what the Universe is doing on my behalf, but I will say this loud and clear: "BE CAREFUL" with me. My boundaries are up, my energy is guarded, and I’m not entertaining chaos that doesn’t belong to me.
Let’s normalize excusing ourselves from bullshyt—gracefully, unapologetically, and without over-explaining. When the vibe gets off, when someone’s words don’t match their actions, or when your peace starts feeling like a negotiation—leave. You don’t have to justify your exit to those who benefit from your presence but dismiss your value. Protect your spirit like your future depends on it—because honestly, it does. Self-respect should never be sacrificed at the altar of "keeping the peace."
In a society that praises being unbothered, don’t be afraid to actually feel. Feel the love, feel the disappointment, feel the lesson, and even feel the rage—whatever’s present, allow it. Don’t water down your emotions to seem “strong.” True strength is processing your feelings in real time and letting them teach you something. Your ability to feel deeply isn’t a liability—it’s your compass. And right now? It's pointing you toward healing, elevation, and wholeness.
Walk in your truth even when your voice shakes. Don’t dim yourself to fit into anyone’s delusion of who they think you should be. People learn how to treat you by how you treat yourself—so show them how it’s done. Set your tone. Enforce your peace. Correct disrespect the first time. And if they don’t know how to handle you with care? Teach them. Or leave them. Either way—you’re not staying small for the comfort of others anymore. Period.
