Happy Monday ‼️
Tips back in the room…(WAVES) Hey everybody!!! How was your weekend? What did you do? You have to know that I’m extremely nosy so don’t leave out any details. Did you fulfill your self-care Saturday duties? If so, what did you do?
My weekend was uneventful yet full of intentional behavior. If I was to elaborate on my sudden turn of events, you might become confused and feel like I’ve been keeping a secret lol. (Deep Sigh) My Sunday was definitely a reset day. I only did the things that I wanted to do. Nothing more, nothing less. I saw my favorite humans and laughed extremely too much.Did I mention that I love it here in my own world?
Sometimes, the best decision you can make for your peace is to remove yourself—quietly and without explanation. Not every move needs a speech, a closing statement, or a warning. People will notice your absence louder than your words ever could.
Your energy is sacred, and when you start honoring that, you realize that not everyone or everything deserves a front-row seat in your life. It’s okay to disappear to heal, to grow, or to simply get back to you. Choosing yourself doesn’t make you selfish—it makes you aware.
This weekend reminded me that our minds are powerful blueprints to our reality. The more I allowed space for my thoughts to expand without judgment, the clearer my path became.
Visualizing peace, alignment, and abundance will call it in ten times faster than chasing things that don’t align. Speak up for yourself when something doesn’t feel right. Your feelings aren’t an inconvenience—they’re your compass. Protect your voice and use it, even if it shakes. Even if you’re met with silence, at least you honored you.
And when everything feels loud—when emotions spike, energy shifts, or life starts spinning faster than your spirit can catch up—pause. A moment of silence is not weakness; it’s wisdom. That stillness, that breath, that break in the chaos is where you realign.
Sometimes the most powerful response is no response at all. So whether you’re retreating to regroup or stepping up to speak truth, know that you’re always allowed to do what’s best for your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Keep choosing you, unapologetically.
