I'm In Control

Welcome to OUR NEW WEEK!!!

Happy SUNDAY!!!! (DEEP SIGH) How was your Saturday? What did you do for Self-Care Saturday? Did you touch some grass, did you refill your cup so that it's running over into the week? My day was extremely uneventful. I worked out as I promised myself yesterday. I'm back to my shenanigans. I broke three nails on the weights and I almost fkn cried. I feel like my emotions were all over the place because I had no business spazzing the way I did. Needless to say, I didn't even consider going outside again, and I stayed to myself the remainder of the day.

What's on your AGENDA for today? I plan to spend some time meditating and getting my mental together for the week I have planned. A lot of you had so many different reasons and versions of love that I was quite impressed. For some, love was a feeling, and for others, it involved acts of service that made you believe you were in love.

Regardless of how you define it, love must begin with self. When your mind is scattered, and your emotions feel like a maze, it's usually a sign that your internal compass needs a reset. Controlling your mental health isn’t about being positive all the time—it’s about recognizing when you need to slow down and breathe life back into yourself.

There will come a time when the version of you that once felt strong no longer fits the reality you're living. That’s not defeat—it’s evolution. Sometimes life will strip you down to your bare spirit just so you can rebuild with clearer intentions.

Rebuilding yourself doesn’t mean you failed; it means you’re growing. And growth doesn’t always look pretty. It can be messy, uncomfortable, and even painful, but the reward is in the reconstruction. The new version of you will demand a higher standard, more self-awareness, and better boundaries—and you’re absolutely capable of meeting those demands.

And when you feel like you’ve had enough—when your patience, your hope, and your energy are on fumes—that’s when it’s time to exercise your “why.” Why did you start? Why did you push through last time? Your “why” is your anchor. It's the part of you that speaks when doubt tries to take over. Let that reason pull you through the frustration and into focus. Even if today feels like a breakdown, let it be the opening to your breakthrough. You’re not here by accident, and you're not navigating this season for no reason.

So as we wrap up this Self-Care weekend and step into a brand new week, give yourself grace. Get your mind right, pour into yourself first, and approach this week from a place of grounded power. Don’t let broken nails, shaky emotions, or temporary moments throw you off your path. Control your mind, rebuild when necessary, and never forget the reason you started. That version of you you’re working toward? They're already proud. Now go make them real.

How bad do you want it?

Happy Sunday!!! We’ve officially made it to the fifth month and third day of 2026! Geesh, this year is truly flying by. How are you? How...
