Everything isn’t meant to STAY



 Happy Saturday, Humans! Are you ready for the weekend? How was your Friday—did you flow into it with ease, or did it pull a little extra energy out of you? Sometimes Friday nights are made for fun and connection, but other times they’re best spent in reflection or just resting. Whatever yours looked like, I hope it gave you exactly what you needed to set the tone for today.


Today is Self-Care Saturday, which means it’s time to pause and put some energy back into yourself. Have you ever noticed how easy it is to self-sabotage without even realizing it? I caught myself doing it just yesterday, getting all emotional about something I had no business entertaining. It’s wild how quickly we can trip over our own patterns, especially when we’ve worked so hard to outgrow them.


The Alpha woman in me sometimes wants to fight battles or step into situations that the softer, healed version of me would never even give attention to. Yesterday, I had to check myself—gave myself a 24-hour notice to get it together. Because at the end of the day, I am the program. And if I’m running the show, then who’s bigger than me? That’s right, nobody. It’s a reminder that we don’t have to sit in spaces or emotions that don’t serve us.


So today, let this be your reminder: it’s okay to let go, even if something feels authentic or familiar. Not everything is meant to stay, and not every emotion deserves your seat at the table. Saturday is here for you to enjoy—your laughter, your peace, your comfort, your joy. Whatever self-care looks like for you, lean into it fully. You’ve already survived the week, now it’s time to thrive through the weekend.
