I outgrew that

 Happy Sunday, Humans 🌕✨

Welcome to the start of a brand-new week! Sundays always carry a special kind of reset energy, almost like the universe is handing us a clean sheet of paper. How was your Self-Care Saturday? Did you take the time to truly pour into yourself, even in the smallest ways? Whether it was rest, reflection, or a moment of joy, I hope you chose something that will carry your spirit into this week with strength and lightness. Remember, self-care isn’t selfish—it’s necessary fuel for the journey ahead.

My Saturday consisted of unlimited tickles, hard truths, and endless possibilities. I can’t speak for everyone else, but I love intellectual conversations. If you can teach me something, then you can definitely tell me something. My mental health was so trash yesterday that I didn’t feel comfortable giving anyone advice or even having one voice conversation. I’m my own problem so there’s no need to suggest anything. I know exactly what I need—I’m just not willing to give up certain things to get it.Fast forward to my NOW… if it makes me happy, it’s definitely a “go” for me.

As we step into this new week, be intentional with your tribe. Surround yourself with people who uplift you, speak life into you, and hold space for your growth. Energy is contagious, and who you allow in your circle will either water your roots or drain them. Choose to be intentional about where you give your love, attention, and time. This is how you protect your peace and ensure that your efforts align with your highest good.

Today’s Blood Moon is the perfect symbol of transformation and release. As it peaks, use this celestial moment to let go of what no longer serves you—doubts, old habits, or connections that dim your light. Eclipses remind us that endings create space for beginnings. If you feel shifts around you, trust that they are guiding you toward alignment. Don’t fight the flow; embrace the transformation and watch how the universe conspires to bless you when you make room for better.

Most importantly, be grateful for the small moments. A laugh, a breath of fresh air, the way sunlight sneaks through your window—those little things add up to a life that feels abundant. And if you find yourself in situations that you’ve outgrown, don’t be afraid to step back. You are too good for environments that don’t respect your worth. This week, walk with gratitude, strength, and intention, knowing that the best version of you is already unfolding.

How bad do you want it?
