Spin the Block

 Happy Sunday!

Welcome to the very last Sunday of September 2025—a moment that feels like both a soft landing and a gentle nudge forward. Sundays often bring us the pause we didn’t know we needed: a chance to exhale after the week’s highs and lows, to look back on how we showed up for ourselves, and to set the tone for what’s ahead. This Sunday isn’t just any Sunday—it’s a reminder that we’re stepping out of one chapter and into the next. So, as you sip your coffee or let the morning sunlight warm your face, take a second to acknowledge how far you’ve come this month. There’s so much to be proud of, even if it’s simply the fact that you’ve kept going.

Yesterday was Self-Care Saturday, and whether you devoted the day to rest, ran your errands, or simply found five minutes to breathe deeply, it mattered. Self-care doesn’t always look like candles and bubble baths—sometimes it’s choosing to silence notifications, saying no to things that drain you, or allowing yourself to nap without guilt. If you didn’t get to pour into yourself yesterday, that’s okay. Today is your second chance to do something kind for yourself, however small. Think of it as replenishing your own cup so you can keep showing up with intention in the week ahead. I’m definitely REPLENISHED!

As we close out September, let’s also talk about the subtle art of not missing people who already know how to find you. There’s peace in letting go of the weight of reaching out when it’s not reciprocated. The truth is, you don’t have to chase connections that were never meant to be lost—they will always circle back in their own time. Instead, sit in your happiness despite the noise around you. Protect your joy like it’s a garden in full bloom: tend to it, water it, and don’t let the weeds of outside opinions choke it out. You deserve to be content without apology.

Have you ever thought about spinning the block? I have and I’m doing it 😝. Sometimes spinning the block isn’t about regression or dwelling on the past; it’s about revisiting a place, a habit, or a version of yourself that feels safe and familiar. Maybe it’s going back to an old morning routine that once grounded you, or reconnecting with a hobby you loved before life got too busy. As long as it serves your growth and peace, it’s okay to return to it.

This Sunday is about acknowledging that safety doesn’t have to mean staying stuck—it can mean revisiting the spaces that remind you of who you are at your core. So, as we step into this last Sunday of September, let’s lean into self-awareness, embrace the peace we’ve earned, and trust that every loop we make is guiding us back to ourselves in the best way.

How bad do you want it?
